Porch Deck Among other projects, Stan replaced the deck on our front porch and did some dry-rot repair on the porch posts. The work included jacking up the corners of the porch and house, but that didn't slow down Stan. He has always done great work for us. Stan always keeps a neat work site and does very professional work. We will hire him again. |

Dry rot Repair and cement work Stan did a dry rot repair on the entry way to my 1930 built home. It wasn't an easy job due to the various aspects of an older home and the "discoveries" along the way. It also involved breaking out part of the front steps and repouring them. Stan did a very nice job of explaining the work to be done, offering a fair estimate for the work needed to be completed and the quality of his work was well done. I would recommend Stan to others and would have him return to my home for other projects in the future. |

Home Remodeling Stan has worked on the last two homes I've owned. His work is first rate. The work he has done has included a bath remodel; door and window installation; sheetrock with mud and tape finish work; cement flat work; and a custom designed work shed. He's also fixed eletrical fixtures, garbage diposals, etc.. He is a great handyman and his experance in construction is extensive. |

Custom fence Stan was hired by me in March to build a custom fence around my home. I was very pleased with his speed, good work, and his eye for detail.
